1. Open browser and go to https://www.deepl.com and sign in to your DeepL account.
2. Click your account avatar and choose 'Subscription'.

iOS (App Store) - detailed steps

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your Apple ID name.
2. Tap 'Subscriptions'.
3. Select the DeepL subscription and tap 'Cancel Subscription'.

Key protections for UK consumers are the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) enforces rules on unfair auto-renewal and hard-to-cancel subscriptions.

Cooling-off and refunds

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 grant a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts with refund rights.
