Web - cancel in your Doodle account

1. Open your browser and go to https://doodle.com/ and log in to the account that holds the subscription.
2. Click your profile icon, select Account settings, then choose Subscription.
3. Click Cancel subscription and complete both confirmation steps in the pop-up window. Missing the second confirmation will keep your subscription active.

iOS - cancel via Apple

1. On iPhone or iPad go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
2. Find Doodle in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. If you subscribed via Apple, Apple handles billing and refunds. Keep Apple's confirmation email as proof.

Android - cancel via Google Play

1. Open Google Play Store while signed into the Google Account used to subscribe.
2. Go to Menu > Subscriptions, select Doodle and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Keep the Google Play confirmation for proof and follow Google Play refund procedures if needed.

By email

1. Send an email from the address tied to your Doodle account to [email protected] with subject: "Cancel subscription" and include your account email and subscription ID.
2. Request confirmation and keep the reply email as proof.

By post

1. Send a signed, dated letter to: Doodle, Crown Way, CF14 3UZ Cardiff, United Kingdom.
2. Use registered post and keep the proof of delivery. State your account email and request written confirmation.

Enterprise / Business cancellation

1. If you are on an Enterprise or DoodleLearning contract, contact your Doodle sales representative or the sales team to process cancellation; self-service cancellation is not available for Enterprise customers.
2. Retain the written confirmation from sales as proof of termination.

Moving / relocation

If you move and no longer require Doodle paid features, cancel using your account or send a cancellation letter. Proof: new address (utility bill or tenancy agreement) if you request a contract termination for inability to use the service. Price increase

If Doodle materially increases the price or changes General Terms and Conditions, you have a right to terminate within one month of the notification according to Doodle's General Terms and Conditions. Death of subscriber

If the paying account holder dies, the account owner or estate representative should contact Doodle support at [email protected] and provide a copy of the death certificate and proof of authority. Legitimate grounds

End of commitment

If you bought a fixed annual subscription, cancel when the term ends by turning off auto-renewal in Account settings. For Doodle Professional, turning off auto-renewal keeps paid features until the end of the current billing cycle. Proof: confirmation from the account subscription page or email.

Cooling-off period

For online purchases, you may have a 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Digital content that has begun to be supplied with your express consent may be excluded. Annual subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase per available guidance. Proof: purchase date and cancellation notice. Before you cancel: negotiate

Research shows no public record of standard retention discounts offered by Doodle. Re-activation

To re-activate after cancellation, log in at https://doodle.com/ and subscribe again via Account settings or the pricing page Doodle Premium. If you re-subscribe through Apple or Google, use their subscription flows and billing will follow their policies.
