Web - cancel via dashboard

1. Login to your DSers account at your store admin.
2. Go to the DSers Dashboard and select Manage Subscription or navigate Settings - Billing.
3. In the Current plan section click Change Plan.
4. Locate the Basic plan and click SELECT to downgrade to the free Basic plan.
5. Confirm the change and save any confirmation screenshot or billing page showing Basic status.

iOS and Android

1. Open the DSers app on your device.
2. Go to Settings - Billing or, if the app redirects, follow the link to the web billing page.
3. Follow the same steps as the web method to Change Plan and select Basic.
4. Save any on-screen confirmation or email receipt. If you are billed through Apple or Google, check their subscriptions panels as well.

Email cancellation

1. Compose an email from the account email tied to DSers to [email protected].
2. Subject: "Cancel DSers subscription - [your store name]". Body: state your full name, store name, DSers account email, and explicit request to downgrade to Basic and stop future charges.
3. Attach screenshots of your subscription page if available.
4. Keep the support reply as proof of cancellation.

By post (registered letter)

1. Write a short letter with your full name, account email, store name, and explicit instruction: "Please cancel my DSers paid subscription and downgrade my account to the Basic plan immediately."

3. Keep the postal tracking and return receipt as evidence.

Phone

1. DSers does not publish a public support phone number. Use email or in-app chat to request cancellation.
2. If a phone contact is provided in your merchant dashboard, record the agent name and time and request written confirmation by email.

Moving or change of business location

Price increase

If you are on an annual plan and stop before the year ends, DSers states they will refund the unused portion after deducting months used at the monthly fee (without annual discount).
