1. Write a signed letter stating your name, account or contract identifier, the action "Cancel" and the requested effective date.

Moving abroad or relocation

If you are moving and the service cannot be reasonably provided at your new location, provide a signed cancellation request and proof such as a dated utility bill or tenancy agreement showing your new address.
