Gemini is an AI product and subscription framework offered by Google under the Gemini brand. Web (recommended)

1. Go to gemini.google/gb/subscriptions.
2. Sign in with the Google account linked to your Gemini subscription.
3. Open Subscriptions, select the Gemini plan and choose Cancel subscription or Turn off auto-renewal.
4. Keep the on-screen confirmation and any confirmation email as proof.

iOS (App Store)

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Subscriptions.
3. Find Gemini in the list, tap it and choose Cancel Subscription.

Phone

1. Gemini does not publish a dedicated UK cancellation phone number publicly. If you find a support phone number in your account documentation, call and request cancellation using the account email and name.

Moving abroad or relocation

If you move outside the United Kingdom and the service is no longer available in your destination, request cancellation and provide proof of new address such as a utility bill or rental agreement. End of commitment or fixed-term

If you are on a fixed-term paid plan that reaches its expiry, the subscription normally stops at the end of the term unless it auto-renews.
