Overview

Healf is a UK-based wellbeing retailer and service provider that sells curated health products, events, testing kits, and memberships focused on four wellbeing pillars: eat, move, mind, and sleep. Healf operates an online shop and membership services including Healf Zone health tests and an annual Healf Zone Membership.

How Healf sells subscriptions

Healf offers subscription-style products in the form of an annual Healf Zone Membership (12-month contract) and multiple one-off health tests that can be bought as one-off purchases or included as part of membership benefits.

Cancel via Web / Account

1. Sign in at https://healf.com/en-uk.
2. Open Account settings or Subscriptions tab.
3. Find the active subscription or membership and click Cancel or Manage subscription.
4. Follow the on-screen confirmation to complete cancellation.
5. Save the confirmation email or take a screenshot of the confirmation page.

Cancel by Email

1. Compose an email from the address linked to your Healf account.
2. For standard product subscriptions send to [email protected]. For Healf Zone membership send to [email protected].
3. Include your full name, account email, order reference, and a clear sentence: "Please cancel my subscription/membership and confirm by return."
4. Request a written cancellation confirmation and keep the sent message and any reply.

Cancel on iOS

1. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
2. Find the subscription linked to Healf and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Keep the App Store cancellation confirmation email as proof.

Cancel on Android

1. Open Google Play Store, tap your profile, choose Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
2. Find the subscription to Healf and tap Cancel subscription.
3. Keep the Google Play confirmation email or screenshot.

Cancel by Post

1. Write a letter with your name, account email, order number, and the words "I cancel my subscription/membership".
2. Send it by registered post to: Healf, Crown Way, CF14 3UZ Cardiff, United Kingdom.
3. Keep the Royal Mail proof of posting and the tracking receipt.

Moving abroad

If you are moving outside the United Kingdom and need to cancel a service or membership, contact [email protected] with proof of new address such as a utility bill or tenancy agreement. Healf does not publish a dedicated policy for moves; include delivery restriction evidence to support your request.

Price increase

If Healf increases a recurring price mid-contract and you wish to cancel because of the increase, send a cancellation email to [email protected] or [email protected] for membership. Legitimate ground and service already performed

The legal right to cancel within 14 days may be limited when services have already been performed with the consumer's prior express consent. Healf states it may deduct the cost of services already performed (for example, a test kit processed) if you cancel within the 14-day period. Provide proof such as order numbers and date of test processing.

End of commitment

For Healf Zone Membership the contract length is 12 months. Send your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid renewal for another 12-month term. Keep account cancellation confirmation as proof.

Cooling-off period (change of mind)

For most items bought online you have 14 days from receipt to cancel and then a further 14 days to return the item. To start a refund you must email [email protected]. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be unused, unopened, and the seal intact to be eligible for a full refund. If the seal has been broken, no refund may be due per Healf's terms.
