How it is sold

Plans are sold as monthly subscriptions with a free starter option. Paid plans are charged monthly; annual pricing is not published for core paid tiers.

Web / Customer portal

1. Sign in to your Incogneto account.
2. Open Account or Billing settings and look for 'Cancel subscription' or 'Submit cancellation' option. If you cannot find it, open a support ticket through the portal requesting cancellation in writing and include your full name, account email and plan details.
3. Keep the ticket ID and a screenshot of the sent request.
4. Allow 30 days from the date Incogneto receives and processes your written request; retain confirmation emails.

iOS (App Store)

3. Save the Apple confirmation; Incogneto will process the cancellation on receipt.

Android (Google Play)

1. Open Google Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
2. Select Incogneto and Cancel subscription. Keep the Google Play confirmation email.
3. Inform Incogneto via your account portal if you want written confirmation recorded by them.

Phone

1. If you have a phone number for Incogneto, call and state that you want to cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice.
2. Follow the call with a written cancellation request by email or by post; the notice period begins only when Incogneto receives and processes your written request.
3. Record the call reference and time; request an email confirmation.

Email

1. Send a clear email stating your intention to cancel, including your full name, account email, plan name and the desired cancellation date.
2. Use the support channel you used previously or the contact email listed on your account. Incogneto processes cancellation only when it receives and processes the written request; keep the sent email with timestamp.
3. If no reply within 7 days, send a registered letter as backup.

Post - Registered letter (recommended for strongest proof)

1. Prepare a signed letter including your full name, account email, plan name, membership number and an explicit statement: "I hereby cancel my Incogneto subscription and give 30 days' notice"; sign and date the letter.
2. Send by Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery to: Incogneto, Crown Way, CF14 3UZ Cardiff, United Kingdom.
3. Keep the tracking number and delivery receipt. The 30 day notice period begins when Incogneto receives and processes the letter.

Moving - permanent relocation

Rule: Annual prepaid memberships can be cancelled during the fixed term only for permanent relocation more than 25 miles from the nearest Incogneto location. Required documents: proof of new address (utility bill or tenancy agreement) showing the new address and date, and a map or distance evidence showing the new address is more than 25 miles from the nearest Incogneto location. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for consumer rights to cancel in some cases; Incogneto requires supporting documentation.

Long-term injury or medical condition

Rule: Incogneto accepts long-term injury as a legitimate ground to end an annual prepaid membership during the fixed term with medical evidence. Required documents: a medical certificate or letter from a registered medical practitioner describing the condition and expected duration. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 for services performed with reasonable care; company policy requires supporting documentation.

Pregnancy

Rule: Pregnancy is listed by Incogneto as an accepted reason to cancel an annual prepaid membership during the fixed term if supporting evidence is provided. Required documents: medical confirmation or midwife letter showing pregnancy and expected dates. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Price increase

Confirm final date and access

Keep confirmation that Incogneto received and processed your cancellation. Your subscription remains active for 30 days from the date Incogneto processes the written request for rolling monthly contracts.

Data and account export

Request an export of your account data and any profiles you created before the cancellation processing date. If Incogneto does not publish a data-retention period, ask them to confirm when your data will be deleted.

Final billing and refunds

If you are due a refund for unused services or returned goods, follow Incogneto's returns process.
