Web (inside Kittl workspace)

1. Open kittl.com and sign in to your account.
2. Click the workspace avatar below the Kittl logo in the upper-left corner.
3. Go to Team Settings > Plan & Billing.
4. Click Manage your subscription and then the Cancel Subscription button in the lower-left corner.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Keep a screenshot of the cancelled status or any on-screen confirmation.

iOS (Apple App Store)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings.
3. Tap Subscriptions, find Kittl and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. If an expiration date is shown instead of Cancel, the subscription is already cancelled.
5. Save the Apple confirmation email or a screenshot as proof.

Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Select Kittl and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Google recommends cancelling at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.
5. Keep the Google Play confirmation email as proof.

Email

1. Write to [email protected] from the email linked to your Kittl account.
2. Include your account name, subscription plan, billing email and a clear cancellation request.
3. Ask for written confirmation and allow 24-72 hours for a reply.
4. Keep the sent message and any reply as evidence.

Post (registered letter)

1. Send a signed letter to: Kittl, Dolziger Straße 46, 10247 Berlin, Germany.

Moving abroad or relocation

If you move, Kittl does not publish a specific relocation cancellation policy. To cancel, follow the standard cancellation steps above and supply proof of address change if requested by support. Price increase

If Kittl increases the price, check your contract or the Terms at Kittl Terms. If the increase is outside your agreement, you can cancel and stop payments at the end of the billing period. Death of the subscriber

For deceased subscribers, contact [email protected] with a copy of the death certificate and proof you are the executor or next of kin. Kittl does not publish a specific bereavement policy; submit the documents and a cancellation request by email or post.

Legitimate ground (service not provided with reasonable care and skill)

If Kittl fails to perform with reasonable care and skill, you may claim a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Required proof: screenshots, dated correspondence showing the problem, and invoices. Send evidence to [email protected] and request cancellation and refund if applicable. End of commitment

If your subscription term ends (annual or monthly), cancellation before renewal is effective at the end of the paid period. Required documents: none beyond account identification. Use the web cancellation flow to stop auto-renewal.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online distance contracts with a refund. Exception for digital content: if you consent to immediate access and agreed to lose the right to cancel, the right to a refund is lost. For Google Play purchases, you may lose the automatic right when you accept immediate access during purchase. Research shows no publicly reported standard retention discounts from Kittl. To request a retention offer, email [email protected], state your current plan and renewal date, and ask for a loyalty discount or plan downgrade. Suggested message: include account email, current plan and the offer you want (monthly reduction or annual price). Keep all replies as proof.

Access and final billing

Kittl states your paid access remains until the end of the current billing period. Check your account page for the expiry date and review the final invoice for any pending charges. If you were billed via Apple or Google Play, final charges are handled by those stores.

Exporting data and assets

Export any templates, vector files and brand kits before the subscription expires. Save copies of exported PDFs, SVGs and project files to local storage or your team drive.

Re-activation
