Moving - change of residence

If you change your permanent address and you no longer wish to be a member, provide a new address and a written cancellation request. Price increase

Cooling-off and refunds

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 grant a minimum 14 day cancellation period for most distance and off-premises contracts. The 14-day period begins the day after the contract is entered into.
