Cancel LANDR the easy way

Web (recommended)

1. Go to your LANDR account at https://www.landr.com/pricing or log in on landr.com.
2. Open Account settings, select Billing or Subscriptions.
3. Choose the active subscription and click Cancel. The cancellation is processed immediately for Premium accounts; for Projects plans the subscription continues until the end of the current month.
4. Save the on-screen confirmation and any confirmation email for your records.

iOS (App Store purchases)

1. If you bought LANDR via the Apple App Store, open Settings on your iPhone > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
2. Find LANDR subscription and Cancel. Apple will handle billing and confirmations.
3. If the subscription was not purchased through the App Store, follow the Web method; users reported being unable to cancel via Apple Settings when the purchase originated on the web.

Android (Google Play purchases)

1. Open the Google Play Store app > Profile > Payments and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
2. Select LANDR and Cancel. Keep the Google confirmation email or screenshot.
3. If purchase did not use Google Play, use the Web method.

Support ticket / Email

1. Open the LANDR help centre at How do I cancel my subscription.
2. Submit a ticket explaining your request; include account email and subscription details.
3. Keep the ticket ID and any reply. Response times vary; a support reply may be required to correct issues that prevent a web cancellation.

Post - Registered letter

1. Write a clear statement: your full name, account email, subscription type, and request to cancel immediately.

3. Keep the proof of posting and request a delivery receipt. Processing can take several working days.

Moving abroad

If you move countries and your payment or geographic restrictions prevent service delivery, contact LANDR Support with proof of new address (utility bill or lease). LANDR does not publish a specific policy for relocation; send documentation to support for account review.

Price increase

If LANDR raises the price for an ongoing subscription and you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before the next renewal to avoid the increased charge. Provide the original plan details and renewal date as proof. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Death of subscriber

To cancel for the death of the account holder, contact Support and supply a death certificate and proof of relationship or authority over the estate. LANDR does not publish explicit steps; the support team will process account closure after receiving documentation.

Legitimate ground accepted by LANDR

Research shows LANDR accepts cancellation via the Account page, and Projects subscriptions are cancelable at any time and continue until the end of the month. For other legitimate grounds you must provide supporting documents (billing statements, identity, proof of circumstances) to Support. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 for services performed with reasonable care and skill.

End of commitment

For annual plans paid up front, the commitment is 12 months. Cancel before renewal to prevent being charged for the next annual period. Provide renewal date and payment proof if disputing a charge.

Cooling-off (14-day)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cancellation period for online contracts. If digital content download or streaming has started with your express consent and you acknowledged losing the right to withdraw, the 14-day right may not apply. Before cancelling: negotiate

LANDR support has been reported to offer discounts in individual cases but there is no standardized retention offer published. One user reported that after an unexpected charge LANDR offered a percentage discount on a future purchase; the discount percentage was not specified. Key UK consumer law

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give a 14-day cooling-off period for most online contracts; see the Regulations. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill and prohibits unfair contract terms or disproportionate cancellation penalties.

Auto-renewal and hard-to-cancel subscriptions

Cancellation for Premium accounts is effective immediately; Premium charges are prepaid and non-refundable according to LANDR terms. Projects plans end at the end of the paid month. Save the confirmation and any billing statements for your records.

Re-activation

You can re-subscribe later. Annual plans paid in advance are non-refundable for unused periods unless LANDR states otherwise in a support response.
