iOS (Apple Subscriptions)

1. On your iPhone open Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
2. Tap Limitless in your subscription list.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
4. Apple handles billing and refunds for App Store purchases; Limitless cannot cancel App Store subscriptions directly.

Android / Google Play

1. Open Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
2. Select Limitless if listed and tap Cancel subscription.
3. Save the Play Store cancellation confirmation screenshot for your records.
4. Note: Limitless help pages do not publish an Android-specific cancellation flow; use Google Play if the purchase was made there.

Email

1. Compose an email to [email protected] from the email address on your Limitless account.
2. Include: account email, subscription ID (if known), and a clear statement: "I cancel my Limitless subscription effective now."
3. Request written confirmation and keep the sent email and any reply.

Post (registered letter)

1. Send a signed letter stating your name, account email, subscription ID and the words "I cancel my Limitless subscription."
2. Send by tracked or registered post to Limitless, Crown Way, CF14 3UZ Cardiff, United Kingdom.
3. Keep proof of postage and the delivery receipt.

Phone

1. If a phone number is provided to you via billing or support channels, call and state your cancellation request.
2. Ask for a confirmation email or reference number and note date and time of the call.

Cooling-off (changed your mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period for most online or off-premises service contracts. If the contract is within the 14-day period you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund, subject to the digital content exception if you gave express consent to start immediate access. Renewal cooling-off and cancellation notice

The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 grants cancellation rights during initial and renewal cooling-off periods and requires cancellation by clear statement. Price increase

If Limitless modifies a paid feature in a way that materially and adversely affects functionality, or terminates Terms for convenience, Limitless states it will refund any prepaid but unused Subscription Fee. End of contract or early termination

For 12-month contracted memberships Limitless states the balance is payable in full if cancelled before the end of the contract term. Required proof: your contract showing 12-month term or invoice plan details. If you are on a monthly rolling plan no termination fee is listed for cancellation at the end of the notice period.

Death of subscriber and other legitimate grounds

Limitless does not publish a specific list of accepted legitimate grounds for early termination in their customer-facing help articles. For exceptional circumstances such as death of the subscriber collect supporting documents such as a death certificate and your communication with Limitless; then submit to [email protected]. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 principles on unreasonable contract terms may apply where a penalty is disproportionate.

What to include with any cancellation for proof

Provide your account email, subscription ID, date of request, the exact wording "I cancel my subscription" and any supporting documents relevant to your reason (invoices, notices, certificates). Final billing and refunds

Expect final billing according to your plan: monthly rolling accounts show no termination fee; 12-month contracted plans require payment of the remaining balance. Limitless terms state fees are non-refundable except as provided in their terms. If you paid via Apple App Store request refunds from Apple for App Store purchases.

Reactivation

If you cancel and later want to restart, you must create a new subscription if available. There is no published reactivation shortcut in Limitless help pages; contact [email protected] to ask about account reactivation options.
