Web - cancel via your account

1. Open the Loaded Mobi website and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the 'My Account' page and click 'cancel my account'.
3. You should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. If you do not, contact customer care by email or live chat to confirm cancellation.

iOS - cancel via SMS or Apple (if charged via Apple)

1. If you were charged via SMS shortcodes, send 'STOP' to the shortcode from the handset used to subscribe.
2. If the subscription was charged via Apple App Store, open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and cancel the Loaded Mobi subscription there.

Android - cancel via SMS or Google Play

2. If charged via Google Play, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions and cancel.

Phone / Live chat

1. Contact customer care during business hours 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and request cancellation, quoting your account details and the shortcode or PayPal transaction ID if available.
2. Ask the agent to send a confirmation email and note the agent name and time.

Email / Web form

1. Email the support address listed on official pages with subject 'Cancel my subscription' and include your phone number, shortcode or PayPal transaction ID, and full name.

Moving abroad

Cooling-off (14-day right)
