Web (support ticket)

1. Open https://www.mandy.com/contact.
2. Provide your account email, full name, subscription plan and a clear request: "Cancel my subscription and stop auto-renewal".
3. Submit the ticket and save the ticket number and any automated reply.
4. Wait for confirmation email; if not received within 72 hours, follow up by phone or email.

iOS (Apple App Store)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions and find the Mandy subscription purchased via the App Store.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription or toggle off auto-renew. Note: you cannot force expiry of the current active subscription period through Mandy if the purchase was via Apple; Apple manages the active period.

Moving / relocation

If you move and can no longer use services tied to a specific region, Mandy does not publish a separate relocation policy. Price increase

Legitimate grounds accepted by Mandy

Research shows specific refund windows: initial purchases longer than one month may be refunded if cancelled within 30 days, and renewals of subscriptions longer than one month may be refunded if cancelled within 14 days. For Apple App Store purchases, Apple handles cancellations and active subscriptions cannot be cancelled through Mandy during the active term. End of commitment

When a fixed-length plan (for example 6 months or 12 months) ends, Mandy will not renew if you cancel before the renewal date. For web subscriptions, cancel prior to renewal to avoid the next charge.
