Web - cancel via your Manual account or support portal

1. Sign in at your Manual account.
2. Locate Subscriptions or Account settings and select Cancel or Manage subscription.
3. Follow on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation and keep a copy of the confirmation screen or email.
4. If you cannot cancel in-account, open the Manual help centre and submit a support request from Manual support.

Email - cancel by message to support

1. Open the Manual help centre at https://help.manual.co/hc/en-us.
2. Use the contact form or support link to submit a cancellation request including your full name, account email and order/subscription ID.
3. Save the support ticket number and any confirmation email.

Phone - use only if Manual publishes a number

1. If a phone number appears in your account, call it and ask the agent to cancel your subscription immediately.
2. Request a cancellation reference and an email confirmation.
3. Record date, time and agent name for escalation if needed.

Post - registered letter to the company address

1. Print a signed cancellation letter including your name, account email, subscription ID and a clear instruction: "Please cancel my subscription and stop future payments."

Moving - change of residence

If you are moving out of the United Kingdom and Manual cannot provide services in the new country, provide proof of address change such as a signed tenancy agreement or utility bill. Price increase

If Manual raises your subscription price without your express consent and the price increase is not part of the contract, you may cancel. Provide a screenshot or invoice showing the new price. Death of subscriber

To cancel on the grounds of the subscriber's death, supply a copy of the death certificate and proof of executor status. Manual's specific acceptance criteria are not publicly published; use the support portal and request cancellation and refund for any unused prepaid periods.

Legitimate ground - faulty or missing service

If Manual fails to provide agreed services, including defective digital content or unavailable medication, request a refund and cancellation. For digital services, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 if within the initial period, and after that refunds apply if the service is defective or unavailable. End of commitment

If your plan included a fixed minimum term and the minimum term ends, you may cancel without penalty at the end of the term. Request offers such as a temporary price reduction, a switch to a lower-tier treatment or a pause in deliveries. • At-home nurse visit fee: £35 one-off when used.

3. For card payments over £100 and under £30,000, consider a Section 75 claim with your card issuer or a chargeback request for unauthorised or faulty supply.

Access and billing

After you cancel, you retain access until the end of the paid period. Manual will not charge future renewals after a confirmed cancellation. Check your final invoice and bank or card statement for any outstanding charges.
