Moving - change of country or relocation
Marketing Ninja has not published a specific policy accepting relocation as an automatic ground for immediate termination without notice. If you need to cancel because you move, provide a copy of official proof of address change such as a tenancy agreement or utility bill showing the new address, and request cancellation via email or registered post.

Price increase
If Marketing Ninja increases its prices during your contract, check your contract terms for any price-change clause. Marketing Ninja has not published a public exceptional rule for unilateral price increases. Provide the new invoice showing the price change and the previous invoice as proof, and request cancellation if you do not accept the increase.
Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding unfair contract terms; regulators such as the CMA may consider unclear automatic increases unfair.
Death of the subscriber
Marketing Ninja has not published a dedicated bereavement policy. To cancel for this reason, send a copy of the death certificate and proof of authority (executor or next of kin), and request account closure by registered post or support contact.
Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 - contracts can be terminated by the estate.
Legitimate ground (contract breach or poor service)
Marketing Ninja's refund policy allows a complaint to Support for dissatisfaction; refunds are investigatory and limited to the most recent payment. If the service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill, you may seek termination and remediation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Evidence to supply: screenshots, timestamps, correspondence, usage logs where available.

End of commitment
If your contract reaches its minimum term, you must give the written notice required by the contract. Research shows a written notice period of 30-90 days after minimum term for some contracts; for rolling contracts a 30 day notice period applies. Send a written cancellation by email or registered post and keep proof of sending.

Cooling-off period (14 days)
For contracts concluded online or off-premises, you have a 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If digital content has been supplied and you gave express consent to start the service, the digital content exception may apply and the right to a full refund may be limited. For EU customers, Marketing Ninja notes a 14-day right to withdraw for new purchases; this does not apply to subscription renewals.
