Complaints about regulated insurance distribution can be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service if not resolved internally within 8 weeks. For non-insurance mutual membership disputes, the Financial Ombudsman Service may not accept the complaint. Citizens Advice can provide guidance and you may use card chargeback or Section 75 where the payment method qualifies.
