2. Send a message stating "Cancel subscription" and include the account email address, full name and the original payment receipt as proof of purchase.

iOS - cancelling an Apple subscription

Email - how to write a cancellation email

1. To: [email protected] and copy [email protected].
2. Subject: "Cancel subscription - [your account email]".
3. Body: state the request to cancel, the account email, date of purchase, receipt screenshot and the plan name. Request a confirmation email and any refund if within 14 days.

Post - cancelling by registered letter

1. Write a signed letter with your full name, account email, subscription start date and the words "I cancel my subscription".

Cooling-off period (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cancellation period for online services starting from the contract date. If you started using the digital service during the 14 days at your request, Mindway may deduct a proportionate amount for services already supplied, per the Regulations.

Price increase
