Moyra Astrology is a digital astrology service delivered through mobile apps and web pages. It offers horoscopes, birth chart readings, numerology and short personalised reports via in-app purchases and subscription plans.

How payments and delivery work

Moyra sells subscriptions and one-off digital products. Some purchases are processed directly by Moyra or by a reseller/merchant of record named Zotlo. Purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those stores and must be managed in the store account.

Web (Account / Zotlo dashboard)

1. Open the Moyra app or go to the Moyra website at https://moyra.app/.
2. Sign in with the email used to purchase.
3. Go to the Account or Subscriptions page and follow the cancellation instructions; if the merchant of record is Zotlo, go to https://dashboard.zotlo.com/ and sign in with the same email used for the purchase.
4. Confirm cancellation and save or screenshot the confirmation.

iOS (Apple App Store)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Find Moyra and tap Cancel Subscription. Do this at least 24 hours before renewal.
4. Apple handles refunds and reactivations according to App Store policy; Moyra cannot cancel App Store purchases for you.

Android (Google Play)

1. Open Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Select Moyra and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Google Play handles refunds and returns according to its terms; Moyra cannot cancel Google Play purchases for you.

Email cancellation via Zotlo

1. If your payment was processed by Zotlo, send an email to [email protected] from the purchase email.
2. Include your purchase email, transaction ID and the date of purchase.
3. Zotlo may require verification and will reply with confirmation. Save the reply as proof.

Post (registered letter)

1. Write a cancellation letter that includes full name, purchase email, transaction details and a clear request to cancel the subscription immediately.
2. Send by registered mail to Moyra Astrology, Example Street, EC1A 1AA London, United Kingdom.
3. Keep your postal receipt as proof of sending.

Moving / change of country

Rule and proof - A change of address is not an automatic legal ground to cancel a digital subscription under UK law unless the change makes the service impossible to deliver. Provide proof of new address (utility bill or tenancy agreement) and the cancellation request.
