Cooling-off period (first 14 days)
If your myLIMITLESS contract was concluded at a distance, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel and obtain a refund. If you asked for the service to start during the cooling-off period and service was supplied, the trader may deduct a proportionate charge for the part of the service already provided. Refunds must be returned within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. See the statutory text at legislation.gov.uk.
End of commitment
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term. Annual plans have a 12-month minimum term. You may cancel after the minimum term by giving 30 days notice; the effective delay is 30 days.
Price increase
Specific rules for cancellation following a price increase are not published by Mylimitless. If you receive a price increase notice, save the notice and ask support for confirmation of your right to cancel and any required proof. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding fair contract terms.
Moving abroad
Mylimitless has not published a specific policy about cancelling because you move abroad. Provide a copy of evidence such as a new tenancy or utility bill if you request early termination; the company policy on acceptance of this proof is Not published by Mylimitless.
Death of subscriber
Mylimitless has not published a stated process for cancellation after the death of a subscriber. If this situation applies, contact Mylimitless support and be prepared to provide a death certificate; acceptance of that proof is Not published by Mylimitless.
Legitimate grounds
Beyond the cooling-off right and end-of-term cancellation, Mylimitless does not publish a definitive list of other legitimate grounds for early termination. Applicable legal protections include the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for unfair terms and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for distance contracts.
