Cancel Nitro the easy way

Overview

Nitro is a suite of productivity tools marketed under Gonitro that includes cloud PDF editing, eSignature services and business subscriptions. The brand also shares a common name with other services called Nitro; this guide covers Nitro products and subscriptions associated with Nitro Software PTY LTD.

Main uses

Nitro is used to create, edit and sign PDF documents and to manage document workflows for individuals, teams and businesses. Plans range from lightweight personal subscriptions to enterprise offerings with customised pricing.

How Nitro sells access

Web / Browser

1. Open your browser and sign in at the Nitro or Gonitro web app or portal.
2. Click your account or User Settings (cogwheel) and open the Subscriptions tab.
3. Locate the Nitro or Nitro Basic banner and click Cancel.
4. Follow on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation and note any on-screen confirmation.
5. Save any confirmation email sent to your account email as proof.

iOS (App Store)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Select the Nitro subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.

Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Nitro and tap Cancel subscription.

Google Play (alternative instruction)

1. If you purchased Nitro via Google Play, cancelling in Google Play stops renewal. You will still have access until the end of the paid period.
2. Google Play refund rules are controlled by Google; contact Google Play if you seek a refund.

If you cannot access your account

1. Locate the vendor billing support contact or support form for account recovery.
2. Provide the email address associated with the account and request cancellation of subscriptions linked to that email.
3. Keep the support ticket number or email reply as proof.

Post (registered letter)

1. Prepare a signed cancellation letter with account details and the email address used for the subscription.
2. Send it by registered mail to Nitro, 10 Queen Street Place, EC4R 1AG London, United Kingdom.

Phone
