Web (official self-service)

1. Go to your Numerade account and log in.
2. Click the profile icon at the top right.
3. Select Billing.
4. Click Cancel and follow the on-screen steps.
5. Keep a screenshot of the final confirmation and any confirmation email.

iOS - cancel via Apple

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Numerade and choose Cancel Subscription.
4. Save the cancellation confirmation screen or Apple email as proof.

Android - cancel via Google Play

1. Open Google Play Store on your device.
2. Tap profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Find Numerade and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Save Google Play confirmation email as proof.

Phone

1. Attempt to call 833-686-3723 as listed; note that Numerade has reported this number as inactive.
2. If call fails, use email or web self-service instead.
3. If connected, ask for a cancellation confirmation reference and record date/time.

Email / Support ticket

1. Open the Numerade help or contact form at Numerade billing help.
2. Submit a clear request: account email, last 4 digits of card, request to Cancel and confirmation of cancellation.
3. Keep the ticket ID and reply email as proof.

Post (registered letter)

1. Write a signed letter stating the decision to Cancel the subscription and include account email and billing details.

Moving / Permanent relocation

If you permanently move outside the service area and Numerade accepts this as a ground, provide proof of relocation such as a utility bill with new address or tenancy agreement. Numerade does not publish a specific relocation policy; evidence must show the move date and new address.

Price increase

If Numerade raises prices for renewals, you can cancel to avoid paying the higher amount. Provide the renewal notice or billing statement showing the increased amount and the date of the change.

Death of subscriber

To cancel after the death of a subscriber, provide a death certificate and proof you are the authorised representative of the estate. Numerade's public materials do not list a detailed bereavement process; use support ticket or postal letter and attach certified documents.

Legitimate ground - billing errors, accidental charge

Numerade has made refunds or partial refunds as courtesies for accidental charges and forgotten trial cancellations. Required proof includes the account email, date of charge, card statement and the circumstances (for example, forgotten password or failed password reset). End of commitment
