Web (subscriptions page)

1. Go to your Pixlr account at https://pixlr.com/.
2. Open your account profile and select Subscriptions or Billing.
3. Choose the active subscription and click Cancel subscription.
4. Keep a screenshot of the cancelled status and any confirmation email. Your premium access continues until the end of the paid period.

iOS - App Store subscription

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Find Pixlr in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Pixlr cannot cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple; Apple processes those refunds and cancellations.

Android - Google Play subscription

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Pixlr and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Google Play manages the cancellation and keeps records of the change.

Phone

1. Pixlr does not publish a phone cancellation number. Use web, app store, Google Play, email or registered post instead.

Email

1. Compose an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel subscription".
2. Include your account email, subscription ID if known, and the reason for cancellation.
3. Send the email and keep a copy of the sent message and any reply.

Post (registered letter)

1. Write a cancellation letter with your full name, account email and subscription details.
2. Send by Recorded Delivery to Pixlr, Crown Way, CF14 3UZ Cardiff, United Kingdom.
3. Keep the Recorded Delivery receipt and a copy of the letter for dispute evidence.
4. For renewals, send the letter 10 to 14 days before the renewal date as recommended by consumer guides.

Moving / change of residence

Pixlr does not list moving as a specific ground for contract termination in its public materials. If you cannot use the service because of a change in jurisdiction, contact Pixlr at [email protected] with proof of new address such as a recent utility bill or tenancy agreement. Price increase

If Pixlr raises the subscription price and you do not accept the change, you can cancel the subscription using the usual account cancellation routes. Death of the subscriber

End of commitment

Pixlr subscriptions auto-renew. To stop renewal at the end of the paid period, cancel via the Subscriptions page or the relevant app store before the renewal date. Pixlr does not publish a mandatory minimum commitment period for account-level cancellations.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for online contracts.
