Moving / Relocation

End of commitment

Membership year runs from 1 October to 30 September. To avoid another annual charge, cancel before the next billing date as defined in your membership contract. RCOT states fees are due annually on 1 October; treat that date as the renewal checkpoint.

Cooling-off period

If you joined at a distance (online, phone or away from RCOT premises) you have a 14 day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
