2. Open Account or Billing settings and locate the active subscription.
3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm. Keep screenshots of the confirmation page.
4. Check for an email confirmation within 48 hours and save it as proof.

Email

1. Create a clear message with subject: "Cancel subscription - [Your name] - [Order/Account ID]".
2. Send to [email protected]. Include the postal address and any membership ID.
3. Request a written confirmation of cancellation and the effective date.
4. Keep the sent email and any reply; these are legal evidence of notification.

Postal registered letter

1. Write a signed letter including name, account number, subscription name and request: "I cancel my contract with immediate effect".

Price increase

If Reform raises the subscription price during a fixed commitment period and you did not agree to the increase, you have the right to cancel. Death of the subscriber
