Moving address - what to submit
If you need to cancel because you are moving and no longer want replacement deliveries, submit a cancellation request via account or support email and include proof of new address such as a utility bill or tenancy agreement. Rheal has not published a special moving policy; use normal cancellation channels described above.
Applicable law
Use standard contract cancellation; see Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for distance contracts if relevant: legislation.
Price increase - what to submit
If Rheal increases subscription prices and you wish to cancel because of the increase, keep the notification Rheal sent (email or account message) and reply requesting cancellation. If a price change is unilateral and you cancel, you are entitled to cancel under contract terms; retain the price change notice as evidence.
Applicable law
The CMA monitors unclear auto-renewal and unfair terms; you may escalate to Citizens Advice or trading standards if you suspect unfair practice.
Death of subscriber - what to submit
Close a subscription after the death of a subscriber by emailing [email protected] with the order number and a copy of the death certificate. Rheal does not publish a specialist bereavement policy; submit evidence by email.
Applicable law
Normal contract law and Rheal's terms apply; use support correspondence as record.
Legitimate ground (defective goods or poor service) - what to submit
If goods are faulty or services are not performed with reasonable care, you may cancel and request a refund. Take photos of the item, keep packaging and order confirmation. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill.
Applicable law
Consumer Rights Act 2015.
End of commitment
Most Rheal subscriptions show "cancel anytime" and have no fixed minimum term. If a specific product had a minimum term stated at purchase, provide your order confirmation showing the term and request cancellation at the end date.
Applicable law
Refer to your contract terms and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for distance contracts.
Cooling-off period (14 day right to cancel)
For distance sales of goods or services you generally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To exercise the right, notify Rheal within 14 days of receiving the goods (for goods) or 14 days from entering the contract (for services). Keep the order confirmation and your cancellation message.
Applicable law
