Web - cancel via your account

1. Sign in to your Simple Study account on the website.
2. Go to the account management or subscription page and look for a cancel renewal or cancel subscription button.

Cooling-off (change of mind within 14 days)

If you bought a subscription online, you have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The cooling-off period begins the day after the contract is concluded. If you cancel within 14 days and have not asked for digital content to be supplied immediately with your explicit consent, you are entitled to a full refund.
