Web cancellation (recommended)

1. Sign in to your master calendar at teamup.com.
2. Open Settings or the Subscription manager for the specific calendar.
3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm the cancellation.
4. Save the on-screen confirmation and wait for an email receipt from Teamup.
5. Your calendar will be downgraded at the end of the current paid period.

iOS cancellation

1. If you subscribed through the Teamup iOS app, open the iOS Settings or App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
2. Find Teamup and select Cancel Subscription.
3. Keep the App Store cancellation receipt for proof.
4. If you cannot cancel from Apple, contact [email protected] and supply calendar ID.

Android cancellation

1. If you subscribed through Google Play, open the Play Store > Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
2. Select Teamup and Cancel subscription.
3. Keep the Google Play confirmation email or screenshot.
4. If you subscribed directly on Teamup, cancel via the web subscription manager.

Email cancellation

1. Send an email from the account owner to [email protected] with the subject: Cancel subscription - [Calendar ID].
2. Include the calendar URL, billing email, and last four digits of the payment card if available.
3. Request written confirmation and retain the reply as proof.

Post cancellation (registered letter)

1. Write a signed cancellation letter with calendar ID and billing email.
2. Send by registered post to Teamup, Ivy House Farm, Berrick Salome, OX10 6JP Wallingford, United Kingdom.
3. Keep proof of posting and delivery receipt.

Moving - out of scope for Teamup features

Teamup does not publish a special rule for cancellation due to moving. Use standard cancellation routes: cancel via account settings or email [email protected]. Provide proof of address change only if the subscription was tied to a location-based service and Teamup requests it.

Price increase

If Teamup increases the price for your paid plan, check the calendar’s Terms of Service and your billing notice. Teamup does not publish an automatic refund policy for price increases. Death of subscriber

Teamup does not publish a public process for cancelling accounts after the account holder’s death. Contact [email protected] and include proof such as a death certificate and proof of authority to act for the estate. Research does not list which specific legitimate grounds Teamup accepts. End of commitment

If you are on a monthly or annual plan, cancellation can be made at any time. The calendar will be downgraded at the end of the paid period. Teamup states there is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Cooling-off (14-day)

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 grant a 14-day cooling-off right for contracts concluded online or off-premises. Before your paid period ends export calendar events, attachments and any custom fields. Teamup does not publish an automatic data deletion schedule for cancelled calendars, so export now to be safe.

Final billing and credits

Teamup states no standard refunds are provided. A credit may be issued for unused time of annual subscriptions that can be applied to future charges upon reactivation. Reactivation
