Web cancellation (step-by-step)

1. Sign in to your Typeform account at https://www.typeform.com.
2. Click your avatar, then go to Account.
3. Open Plan & billing.

iOS and Android

Cooling-off (14 day right)

If you purchased a Typeform subscription online and want to exercise the 14 day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you must notify Typeform with a clear statement within 14 days of the contract. End of commitment

Typeform subscriptions are prepaid monthly or yearly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the prepaid period. You are liable for the prepaid period already paid. Typeform confirms cancellations are effective at the end of the prepaid period. No refund is issued for the unused portion under Typeform policy unless statutory rights apply.

Price increase
