1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon and choose Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

1. Call 1-888-473-8050 and provide the account email and subscription details.
2. Ask the agent to cancel and to send a written confirmation email.
3. Record date and time of the call and the agent's name.

1. Write a signed cancellation letter including your account email and request to cancel.

Moving abroad or relocation

If you move and can no longer use Vecteezy services under the original billing arrangement, provide proof of address change such as a dated utility bill or tenancy agreement. Vecteezy does not publish a specific relocation cancellation rule; treat this as a support request and include documentation.

Price increase

If Vecteezy raises subscription prices, check your plan terms in Plan & Billing. If the contract allows a unilateral price change without notice, you can refuse the new price and cancel; keep the price change notice as proof. If charged after cancellation, use a card chargeback or contact Citizens Advice.

Death of subscriber

To cancel a deceased person's account, send a request by email to [email protected] and provide proof such as a death certificate and executor contact details. Vecteezy does not publish an exact procedure; keep copies of all documents sent.

Legitimate ground

Accepted legitimate grounds are limited in public documentation; Vecteezy lists refunds and credits exceptions such as unused credits refundable within 14 days. For service quality issues use the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which requires services to be provided with reasonable care and skill.

End of commitment

For annual contracts the minimum commitment is 12 months. Cancelling an annual contract early incurs a charge equal to 50% of the remaining contract balance unless local law requires otherwise. Provide the original invoice when disputing charges.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online contracts. If you are in the UK and cancel an annual contract within fourteen (14) days of payment and you have not downloaded or licensed any content, Vecteezy will refund your payment in full as stated in their terms. If you agreed to immediate download, you may have waived the right to cancel for digital content.

Before you cancel: negotiate

Research shows no publicly reported standard retention offers from Vecteezy. If you prefer to keep the service, request a retention offer by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-888-473-8050 and ask for a discount, pause or downgrade to the Free plan. Record any offer in writing and request confirmation of the new price and its duration.

Access and downloads

After cancellation you keep access until the end of your paid period. For annual contracts cancelled early the terms state you may still be charged 50% of the remaining balance; save all license receipts for any content you downloaded before cancellation.

Data and account

Export any account data and saved assets before the subscription ends. If you need copies of invoices or receipts, request them from [email protected] and keep the email replies for your records.

Final billing and refunds

If you seek a refund, Vecteezy states refunds are processed to the original payment method. Exceptions include unused credits refundable within 14 days and EU residents cancelling annual contracts within 14 days with no downloads eligible for a full refund. For Pro subscription refunds a 30-day money-back guarantee applies if you downloaded 5 or fewer Pro items within 30 days.
