App-store cancellations (iOS / Android)

1. If you bought a subscription via Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription directly in the App Store or Google Play subscriptions area.
2. App-store cancellation stops future store-billed payments but does not terminate a separate business contract with WideAlPDF; send postal notice if you also have a direct contract.

End of minimum commitment

If your contract is a 36-month agreement you must send written notice at least 90 days before the end of month 36 to avoid automatic renewal into a new term. For a 24-month agreement, notice is likewise required at least 90 days before the contract end date. Cooling-off (14 days)
