Moving abroad or to a different jurisdiction

If you cannot use the service because you have moved, send proof of new address (utility bill or tenancy agreement) and a cancellation request to [email protected] or by registered mail. Price increase

If WPS raises the price mid-contract and you do not accept the increase, you may cancel under your contract terms and relevant consumer protections. Provide the price-change notice you received as proof and ask for cancellation and refund of any pro rata prepayment if applicable.

For WPS Business license keys a full refund is available within 30 days of purchase if license keys have not been purchased for more than 30 days.

End of commitment or subscription period

If your subscription period ends and you do not want renewal, disable Auto Renewal in your account or cancel via the App Store / Google Play before the renewal date. To avoid charges cancel at least 5 days before the renewal.

For auto-renewals, traders must provide a cooling-off notice for renewal periods under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Before you cancel: how to negotiate

Research shows no publicly reported retention offers from WPS. To request a discount or retention, contact [email protected], include your order number and state you want either a discounted renewal or a shorter-term plan. Ask explicitly for a promotional or downgrade option and request a written offer by email.

Back up your data

WPS states that upon successful cancellation, all user data related to the Service will become inaccessible. Export or copy documents and PDFs before cancelling.

Final billing and refunds

Re-activation
