How the product is delivered

X Premium is sold as a subscription on the web and through mobile app stores. Web subscriptions are charged by X; iOS subscriptions are handled by Apple and Android subscriptions by Google Play.

Web cancellation (recommended)

1. Open a browser and sign in at https://x.com or the official X website.
2. Go to Settings and find Premium, Subscriptions, or Payments.

iOS (App Store) cancellation

Android (Google Play) cancellation

Phone cancellation

1. Phone cancellation is not published by X Premium. If you were given a phone contact previously, use the number and request cancellation in writing.

Email cancellation

1. X Premium does not publish a direct support email for cancellations. Use the account settings on the web or your app store to cancel.

Postal cancellation

2. Include your X username, the email associated with the account, the subscription tier, and a clear cancellation request.
3. Send by tracked mail and keep the tracking receipt and a copy of the letter.

Moving or change of residence

If you are leaving the United Kingdom or changing residence this is not an automatic contractual ground to force early termination under X Premium terms unless the contract specifically states cross-border restrictions. X has not published a specific moving-related cancellation rule. Keep proof such as a tenancy agreement or new address document for negotiation. Price increase
