Web / In-app

1. Open the Voi app or visit the Voi help/contact page inside the app.
2. Locate the Voi Pass or subscription section in your account or select the help/contact form.
3. Submit a request stating "Cancel Voi Pass" and include your account email and the last four digits of the payment card used.
4. Keep the support ticket number or ask for a written confirmation email.

iOS

1. If you purchased the Voi Pass via Apple, open Settings on your iPhone and tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
2. Find the Voi subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. This stops auto-renewal; it remains active until the end of the current 30-day period.
3. Email [email protected] to ask for confirmation that the subscription is cancelled on Voi's side.

Android

1. Open Google Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
2. Select the Voi subscription and cancel. Auto-renew will stop but the pass remains until the end of the active 30-day period.
3. Email [email protected] to request written confirmation on Voi's system.

Phone

1. Call +46 21 665 59 22 and explain you wish to cancel the Voi Pass; provide account details.
2. Request a reference number and ask for a confirmation email to the address on file.
3. If no confirmation is sent, follow up by emailing [email protected] with the phone reference number.

Email

1. Send an email to [email protected] with subject line "Cancel Voi Pass" and include account email, subscription ID and a signed statement: "I request cancellation of my Voi Pass today."
2. Request explicit confirmation with cancellation date and any refund details.
3. Save the confirmation email as proof.

Post

1. Write and sign a letter addressed to: Voi, Great Portland Street, W1W 5PF London, United Kingdom. State your account email, subscription ID and that you cancel the Voi Pass.
2. Send by registered post and keep the proof of posting and tracking number.
3. When you receive written confirmation, keep a copy for your records.

Moving out of Voi coverage area

Rule: If you permanently move to a location where Voi does not operate, you can cancel your subscription by providing proof of new address (utility bill, tenancy agreement or council tax) and a request to cancel to [email protected] or by post. Price increase

Rule: If Voi increases the price of an ongoing subscription, you may cancel without penalty before the new price takes effect. Provide the price increase notice and your cancellation request to [email protected]. Applicable law: Consumer Protection (Regulation of Subscription Contracts) Act 2024 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Death of the subscriber

Rule: Close the account by emailing [email protected] and attach proof such as a death certificate and proof of authority to act for the estate. The contract obligations cease for future periods once cancelled; refund for unused paid time must be requested. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding termination of service contracts.

Legitimate grounds (suspension, service faults)

Rule: If Voi fails to provide services with reasonable care and skill, you can complain and ask for suspension or cancellation with refund for unused paid time. Required proof: screenshots, ride logs, dates and times of faults, and support correspondence. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015.

End of commitment / standard subscription

Rule: Voi Pass auto-renews every 30 days. To stop future payments, cancel during the active period; cancellation takes effect at the end of that 30-day period. Required proof: confirmation email from Voi or subscription cancellation receipt. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Cooling-off (14 day right of withdrawal)

Rule: You have a 14 day right of withdrawal for a Voi Pass from the date of purchase. To exercise it, notify Voi within 14 days (email [email protected] or post) and request a refund for the unused portion. Voi will reimburse without undue delay and no later than 14 days from notification and may deduct for use made before withdrawal. Exception: There is no right of withdrawal for the vehicle rental service under regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Before cancelling: negotiate

Retention offers reported: research did not find published standard retention discounts from Voi. To request a retention offer, email [email protected] and state your account email, current Voi Pass, and a clear request: "Offer a discount or pause my Voi Pass for one month." Ask for any available minute bundle prices or promotional codes and request a written offer with an expiry date.

Check access and final billing

After cancellation, monitor your payment method and app to ensure auto-renew stops. The Voi Pass remains active until the end of the current 30-day period. If you paid in advance for minutes, request a refund for unused time by emailing [email protected].

Data and account re-activation

If you want your account closed, ask Voi to delete or anonymise personal data and confirm what data will be retained for legal or tax reasons. To re-activate, install the app and sign in; re-subscription is processed as a new purchase or via app store subscriptions if used previously.
