Overview

AliDropship is a dropshipping service and plugin provider run by Sunshine Ecommerce LLC, founded in 2015. The platform offers a turnkey store option and a standalone WooCommerce Dropshipping Plugin to import products and automate order processing.

Web (dashboard)

1. Open alidropship.com and log in to your account.
2. Go to My Account, select Plans, click Options and choose Unsubscribe and delete store.
3. Confirm the action when prompted. The account and associated free turnkey store will become unavailable immediately.
4. Keep a screenshot of the final confirmation screen and of the Plans page showing your plan state.

Email

1. Compose an email to [email protected] from the email linked to your account.
2. Subject: "Cancel subscription and request refund - [Your account email]". State the date you want cancellation to take effect and whether you request a refund.
3. Attach proof of payment if requesting a refund. Save the sent email and any reply.

Post (registered letter)

1. Write a clear signed request: your account email, order/transaction ID, request to Cancel subscription and delete store, and date.
2. Send by registered post to: AliDropship, Crown Way, CF14 3UZ Cardiff, United Kingdom.
3. Keep the tracking and delivery receipt as proof.

Phone

1. No public phone number is published by AliDropship. If you have a number in your account area, follow the account instructions and request an email confirmation of the cancellation.
2. If no number exists, use email or post and escalate via your bank if unauthorised charges occur.

Cooling-off period (right to cancel within 14 days)

If you bought a subscription online you have a 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise it, notify AliDropship with a clear statement. If digital content was downloaded and you consented to immediate supply, the cooling-off right may be lost. See the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for exact rules.

Price increase

If AliDropship increases a renewal price and you cancel because of that increase, state the effective date and attach the price notice or screenshot from your account. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects against unfair terms that impose disproportionate penalties.

Moving / relocation

Moving does not automatically cancel a service unless the move prevents the service from being supplied. Provide proof of new address (utility bill or tenancy agreement) and request cancellation if the service cannot operate at the new address.

Death of subscriber

If the subscriber dies, send a copy of the death certificate and proof of executor status to [email protected] and request termination of the account.

Legitimate ground accepted by AliDropship

Research shows AliDropship accepts standard requests to unsubscribe via the dashboard and to request refunds via [email protected]. Refunds are handled according to the company refund rules (see refund policy block).

End of commitment

For monthly plans there is no minimum service period; you may cancel before the next renewal. For annual plans you are billed for 12 months and cancel to prevent the next yearly renewal. Cancellation notifies the trader; the service normally remains active until the paid period ends.

Before cancelling: negotiate

AliDropship is not reported to routinely publish retention discounts. There are no confirmed public reports of standard retention offers from AliDropship in the research data. To request a retention offer or a downgrade:

• Contact [email protected] and state you wish to cancel but will consider staying for a discount or plan downgrade.
• Ask for a written offer including new monthly price and duration.
• Keep any written offer as proof before deciding.

Cooling-off and digital content

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 provide a 14-day cooling-off right for most online purchases. Digital content is exempt if you agreed that supply would start and you lost your cancellation right; retain proof of consent if applicable.

How to escalate

1) Complain to AliDropship by email or registered post. 2) If unresolved, contact Citizens Advice and the CMA for guidance on unfair terms. 3) For card payments, ask your card issuer for a chargeback or use Section 75 if eligible. 4) Use alternative dispute resolution or relevant ombudsman if a sector-specific ombudsman applies.

Access and data

After cancellation the free turnkey store and associated account access become unavailable immediately. Export any store data, product lists and customer data before unsubscribing.

Final billing and refunds

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. AliDropship's published refund rules allow a 100% refund of the latest subscription payment within 30 days upon request to [email protected], subject to conditions. If you cancel during a paid period the account may remain active until period end and no automatic refund is given.

Reactivation

If you wish to return, you must purchase a new plan or reinstall the plugin. Any free turnkey store removed after 7 days of inactivity will be deleted according to AliDropship procedures.
