Web cancellation (recommended for many users)

1. Go to apple.com/uk/shop/account/home and sign in with your Apple ID.
2. Open your Orders or Purchase History and locate the order or subscription you want to cancel.
3. If cancelling a product order before delivery select the option to cancel; if returning a delivered product use the return process and request refund.
4. Keep the on-screen confirmation page or the confirmation email as proof.

iOS (iPhone or iPad)

1. Open Settings and tap your name, then Subscriptions to cancel recurring services.

Cooling-off (right to withdraw)

You have the right to withdraw from distance and off premises contracts within 14 days from delivery of goods or from the date of conclusion for services.
