Web cancellation (recommended)

2. Open the navigation menu and select 'Subscription'.
3. Choose 'Cancel Plan' and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
4. Keep a screenshot of the confirmation page and any confirmation email. The subscription will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.

iOS cancellation (App Store)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then 'Subscriptions'.
2. Find Cricut Access and tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
3. Retain the Apple confirmation email or screenshot of the subscription screen as proof.

Email or Help Centre form

1. Open the Cricut Help Centre contact form at Cricut support for outside the US/Canada.
2. Submit a cancellation request including account email, subscription type and clear statement "I want to cancel my Cricut Access subscription".
3. Keep the support ticket number and reply email as proof.

Post (registered letter)

1. Write a signed letter stating your full name, account email, subscription name and the sentence "I cancel my Cricut Access subscription".

Moving abroad

If you move outside the service territory and cannot use Cricut services, notify Cricut with proof of new address such as a utility bill or tenancy agreement.
