iOS (Apple)

1. If you subscribed through Apple, open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name, then Subscriptions, then find Dobbies and Cancel. If unsure, cancel via your Dobbies account on the website instead.

1. Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, email used on the account, temporary card number or membership number and the sentence: "I wish to Cancel my Dobbies Club/Club Plus membership".

Moving house

If you move address within the UK and you no longer use a particular Dobbies store, contact [email protected] to request cancellation or account update.
