Web - cancel via Help Centre

1. Go to the Shein website or app and log in to your account.
2. Open Help Centre or Customer Service chat and request cancellation of your SHEIN Club or SHEIN Saver membership.
3. Ensure there is no pending order using membership benefits awaiting payment; if there is, cancel that order first in My Orders.
4. Ask for written confirmation by email and save the confirmation for proof.

iOS / Android - cancel in app

1. Open the Shein app and tap Profile.

Cooling-off (withdrawal period)

Rule: UK members have a 14-day Withdrawal Period from the effective date of membership as shown in the confirmation email. If no membership benefits have been used during that 14-day period, a full refund is issued. If benefits have been used, Shein will withhold the value of used benefits from the refund.
