Cooling-off - Cancel within 14 days

You have a 14-day Withdrawal Period for online contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you cancel a SHEIN Club membership within 14 days of it becoming effective and you have not used any benefits, SHEIN will issue a full refund. After the Withdrawal Period

After the 14-day Withdrawal Period you can cancel during your Membership Validity and obtain a full refund only if you have not used any benefits. If benefits were used after the Withdrawal Period the membership cannot be cancelled with refund and will continue until expiry, per SHEIN policy.

Moving abroad or change of delivery country

If you change your delivery country or move, inform SHEIN Customer Service via Help Center. SHEIN does not publish an explicit relocation cancellation rule; treat this as a normal cancellation request and keep proof of contact. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
