Web - My Account

1. Go to the SodaStream UK site and sign in to My Account.
2. Open the Subscriptions or CO2 Subscription Plan page.
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel and choose Cancel. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
4. Save or screenshot the account confirmation page and wait for the confirmation email.
5. If you do not receive email confirmation within 24 hours, contact support at 0800 0858 373 or [email protected].

2. State you want to cancel the CO2 Subscription Plan or specific order; give your account details and order number.

Cooling-off (change of mind)

Statutory right: You have a 14 day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. SodaStream also states a right to cancel up to 30 days from receipt of the Initial Cylinder Parcel for the Subscription 'Cooling off Period' in their terms.
