Overview

Zendrop is a dropshipping and product-fulfilment platform launched in 2019 that connects online merchants to suppliers, product sourcing and automated fulfilment. Zendrop positions itself for entrepreneurs, dropshippers and small e-commerce stores looking to automate order processing and private branding.

Web (Zendrop account) - Standard Plan

1. Sign in to your Zendrop account.
2. Open Settings and go to Billing Settings.
3. Choose "Downgrade to Free Plan". This stops future charges; subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Save or confirm the change and keep the on-screen confirmation or screenshot as proof.
5. If you paid recently and want a refund, submit a refund request within the 5-day refund window (see Refund Policy).

Shopify / Usage-Based Billing (app billed through Shopify)

1. Open your Shopify admin.
2. Go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
3. Locate "Zendrop - Dropshipping & POD" and click the ellipsis next to it.
4. Select Uninstall to stop Usage-Based Billing charges through Shopify. Alternatively unlink all Zendrop-linked products; with 0 linked products no charges apply.
5. Keep Shopify uninstall confirmation email or screenshot as proof.

Email support

1. Use Zendrop support channels via the help centre to create a ticket or send a cancellation request: Official cancellation instructions.
2. State your account details, the plan you are on, and ask to downgrade to the Free plan or to cancel the subscription.
3. Request written confirmation of cancellation and keep the reply as proof.

Postal letter

1. Address a registered letter to: Zendrop, 777 S. Figueroa Street, 90017 Los Angeles, USA.
2. Include account email, full name, reason for cancellation and a clear request to cancel or downgrade to the Free plan.
3. Send by tracked registered post and keep proof of postage and delivery receipt.
4. Expect processing after delivery; retain receipt as evidence.

Cooling-off - Right to cancel within 14 days

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. For a subscription that is a service, the 14-day period starts the day after the contract is entered into. If you accept immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge loss of the right to cancel, the right may end. Price increase

If Zendrop raises the price during an active subscription and you do not accept the change, you may cancel. Provide the subscription invoice showing the price increase and your cancellation request. Zendrop must provide clear information about renewal prices under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for fairness concerns.

Death of subscriber

To cancel due to the death of the subscriber, provide a copy of the death certificate and proof of your authority (executor or administrator) and account ownership details. Zendrop will cancel the active subscription on receipt of valid documents. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 for service performance obligations.

Moving / change of business circumstances

If you stop trading or move jurisdictions, provide documentation such as a company closure certificate, VAT deregistration or proof of address change. Zendrop will cancel future charges once you have downgraded or uninstalled the app. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for consumer contracts and ordinary contract law for business-to-business dealings.

Legitimate ground - breach or non-performance

If Zendrop fails to provide agreed services in breach of contract, collect proof such as failed fulfilment records, support tickets and order IDs. Submit these with a cancellation request citing breach and seek a refund if within the refund window or under Consumer Rights Act 2015 obligations for services performed with reasonable care and skill.

End of commitment

For recurring monthly or annual subscriptions there is no minimum commitment beyond the billing cycle. To stop renewal, downgrade to the Free plan before the next billing date. Before cancelling: negotiate

Zendrop is known to offer retention discounts including a 50% discount on your current plan and one free month of the Plus plan. To request a retention offer, contact Zendrop support from your account or the help centre, reference your account email and current plan, and ask for an account retention offer or discount code. If billed through Shopify, mention the billing channel and request Zendrop to propose a discount or account credit. Relevant UK law and regulator

The main regulator is the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). Key laws are the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These laws require clear pre-contract information, a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts and that services are performed with reasonable care and skill.

Cooling-off and digital content exception

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give a 14-day right to cancel most distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, the consumer may lose the right to cancel if they gave express consent and acknowledged loss of the right to cancel.

Escalation route

First complain to Zendrop support and keep all correspondence. If unresolved, contact Citizens Advice for step-by-step guidance. For payment disputes use Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 for qualifying card payments or ask your card issuer for chargeback. If you believe Zendrop uses hard-to-cancel auto-renewal terms, complain to the CMA.

Check access and features

After downgrading to the Free plan your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Verify that importing products, automated fulfilment and private listings are disabled for your account.

Data and order records

Download invoices, order history and CSV exports before the subscription period ends. Keep copies of support correspondence and the cancellation confirmation.

Final billing and refunds

If you requested a refund within Zendrop's 5-day refund window, Zendrop issues refunds to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Re-activation

You can re-activate the account by selecting a paid plan or relinking products to your store. If your plan was cancelled but the account exists, re-activation follows the normal subscription purchase flow.

Before and after you cancel, complete these items to avoid accidental charges and keep records.

• Log in to Zendrop and capture a screenshot of Billing Settings showing the downgrade to Free plan.
• If billed via Shopify, uninstall the Zendrop app and keep Shopify uninstall confirmation.
• Download invoices and order history for the last 12 months.
• Submit a refund request within 5 days of any subscription charge if eligible and ensure all invoices are cleared.
