Quick facts

Web cancellation (recommended)

1. Open your browser and log in to your Apex Hosting billing account.
2. Locate the active service or subscription in the WHMCS billing area.
3. Select the cancellation option and choose immediate termination or end of billing period.
4. Save or screenshot the confirmation page and wait for confirmation email.
5. If you used PayPal for payments, verify PayPal subscription is cancelled in your PayPal account.

Cancel a PayPal recurring payment

1. Sign in to your PayPal account.

Moving / Moving

Price increase

If a price increase occurs mid-contract and you did not agree in writing, you must notify Apex Hosting in writing and request termination. Death of subscriber

Legitimate grounds include prolonged outage verified for 72 continuous hours where Apex Hosting is responsible, or a billing error attributable solely to Apex Hosting. End of commitment

Cooling-off (14-day right)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online contracts starting the day after the contract was entered. This right can be waived if you expressly agreed to immediate performance of the service.
