Web (Admin console)

1. Sign in as the billing owner, admin or super admin on your Asana account.
2. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner and select "Admin console".
3. Open the "Billing" tab and view "Plan details".
4. Click "Cancel plan" and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.
5. Keep a screenshot of the confirmation screen and any confirmation email.

iOS

1. Open the iPhone Settings app and tap your Apple ID name.
2. Tap "Subscriptions" and locate the Asana subscription.

Android

1. Open Google Play Store, tap your profile icon and go to "Payments and subscriptions" then "Subscriptions".

1. If your subscription is manually invoiced or you cannot cancel in the Admin console, open the Admin console > Billing and select "Contact support".

Moving geographically

Rule: Change of address does not automatically terminate an online subscription. If you move from the UK to a country where Asana does not provide service, contact support with proof of address change to request cancellation. Legitimate grounds accepted by Asana (material breach)

Rule: If Asana materially breaches the Subscriber Terms and fails to cure within 30 days, the customer may terminate and receive a prorated refund for prepaid unused fees. Required proof: evidence of the breach in the 30 day notice and Asana's failure to cure.

End of commitment

Rule: If you subscribed to a fixed term, cancellation will take effect at the end of the committed term. Required proof: your original subscription invoice or contract showing the committed term.

Cooling-off and right to cancel

Rule: For most online contracts, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If a digital service begins within the cancellation period only with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right to cancel, then the 14-day right may not apply.
