Cancel via the website (recommended)

Moving - change of residence

If you move and need to cancel, provide a signed request plus proof of new address such as a utility bill or tenancy agreement. Bubbi's published guidance does not list moving as an automatic ground for refund; submit the request via the website contact form and attach the documents.

Price increase

If Bubbi increases a recurring price mid-contract, check your contract terms. The published terms require notice for price changes. If the new price is imposed without an opt-out, you can cancel and cite Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the service changes quality. Provide the vendor's price-change notice and your cancellation request.

Death of subscriber

To cancel for the death of the subscriber, send a signed cancellation request plus a death certificate and proof of authority (executor letter).
