Web - cancel via your Cricut account

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
2. Find Cricut Access and tap Cancel subscription.
3. Keep the Google Play confirmation email or screenshot as proof.
4. Design Space cannot cancel Google Play-managed subscriptions; Google Play handles billing and refunds.

Phone

1. Locate support contact details via Cricut apps and support pages or the official site.
2. Call when a phone number is visible on the site and request cancellation; note the date, time and agent name.
3. If no phone details are published, use the help centre contact form or post method below.

1. Open Cricut Help Centre and submit a request through the contact form explaining you want to Cancel Cricut Access and include account details.

After cancellation your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle. Verify the expiry date in your account or in the app store subscription screen. Look for a final billing notification or the absence of a future renewal charge.

Data and projects

Your stored projects and uploaded images remain in Design Space tied to your account. If you plan to delete your account, export or save any projects locally before deleting the account; Cricut does not publish an automated export tool for all assets.

Re-activation

To re-activate, sign in and select a subscription again. If you bought through Apple or Google Play, re-subscribe through the same store. Any promotional pricing previously used may not be available on re-subscription.

If you expected a refund

Cricut's published position is that payments are non-refundable except where law requires a refund or Cricut issues one at its discretion. If you cancelled within 14 days and you are eligible under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, request a refund via the Help Centre and provide evidence of purchase and cancellation.
