Overview

FL Studio is a digital audio workstation (DAW) and music production environment developed by Image-Line Software NV. It is used for composing, arranging, recording, editing, mixing and mastering music.

Web - cancel from your Image-Line account

1. Open https://flstudio-shop.eu/ and sign in to your Image-Line account.
2. Go to Subscriptions or Licenses, locate the FL Cloud or subscription entry to cancel.
3. Click Cancel subscription and confirm. You will receive an on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email. Cancellation stops future charges but service continues until billing period end.
4. If you do not see the option, contact Image-Line support through your account messaging or the account contact form and keep the timestamped reply as proof.

iOS - cancel FL Studio Mobile or request an App Store refund

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Locate FL Studio Mobile and choose Cancel Subscription to stop future renewals.
2. For refund requests, open the App Store, tap your profile, go to Purchases, find the purchase and choose Report a Problem. Apple typically evaluates refund requests within 48 hours.
3. Image-Line states it does not issue mobile app refunds directly; Apple controls refunds for iOS purchases.

Android - cancel via Google Play

1. Open Google Play Store, tap your profile, select Payments and subscriptions then Subscriptions. Find FL Studio Mobile or related subscription and Cancel.
2. For refunds, use Google Play order history to request a refund within Google Play's refund window. Google Play generally allows refund requests within 48 hours of purchase.

Email - request cancellation by support message

1. From your registered account email, send a message via your Image-Line account contact form or the account support channel. State your account name, subscription or licence detail and request cancellation.
2. Keep the reply email as written proof. Allow 48 hours to 7 working days for processing.

Post - cancel by registered letter

1. Send a signed registered letter to: FL Studio, 5 Percy Street, W1T 1DG London, United Kingdom. Include your Image-Line account email, subscription name and clear cancellation statement.
2. Keep the postal tracking receipt as proof. Allow 5-7 working days for delivery and additional processing time after receipt.

Cooling-off period and digital downloads
