Cancel on iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find GoodNotes in the list and tap it.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancel on Android, Windows or Web (GoodNotes account)

1. Open GoodNotes app or go to GoodNotes on the web.
2. Tap the menu in the upper right, then Your Name then Manage Account.
3. Choose Subscription then Manage Subscription then Cancel Subscription.

Cancel via Google Play

1. Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
2. Tap the profile icon, select Payments and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select GoodNotes and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Save the Google Play cancellation screen as proof.

Cancel by email

1. Send a signed email to [email protected] with subject line Cancel Subscription and include your account email, subscription ID and request.
2. Allow 48-72 hours for a reply and save the response as proof.

Cancel by post

1. Send a signed registered letter to GoodNotes, 86-90 Paul Street, EC2A 4NE London, United Kingdom with your request, account email and subscription ID.

Cooling-off period (right to withdraw)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14 day cancellation period for online contracts. If you exercise that right within 14 days from the subscription start date, you are entitled to a refund. If you started to download or stream paid digital content and gave express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged loss of the cancellation right, the right can be lost.
