Web - cancel step by step

1. Go to account.grammarly.com and sign in with the account that has the subscription.
2. Click Account in the left sidebar, then Your account.
3. Under Subscription click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page, then Continue and choose a reason.
4. Click Cancel Subscription to stop future billing. You will retain access until the paid period ends.

iOS / App Store - cancel step by step

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
2. Find Grammarly in the list and tap Cancel Subscription. If you cannot find it, check the Apple ID used to buy the subscription.

2. Send by tracked registered post and keep the tracking receipt. Processing times vary; allow 7 to 21 days for delivery and handling.

Moving abroad or relocation

Moving does not automatically create a statutory right to immediate cancellation beyond existing contract terms. If your move prevents use of the service because of regional limitations, provide documentation such as a new address or travel documentation and contact [email protected]. Grammarly's published procedures do not list a special relocation cancellation policy.

Price increase

If Grammarly increases the price at renewal, you may cancel before the renewal takes effect.
