Web - cancel via Guardio Help Center

1. Sign in to the Guardio account inside the browser extension or go to the Help Center cancellation article at How to Manage or Cancel your Guardio Subscription.
2. Follow the on-screen cancellation workflow or click the contact link to open a support request.
3. Keep the confirmation email that states "Your Guardio Premium subscription has been canceled" as proof.

iOS - cancel via Apple

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name, then Subscriptions.
2. Find Guardio and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Guardio cannot manage Apple billing. Confirm Apple cancellation confirmation email or receipt.

Android - cancel via Google Play

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile, then Payments and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
2. Select Guardio and tap Cancel subscription.
3. Save the Google Play cancellation confirmation email as proof.

Email cancellation

1. Compose an email to [email protected] with subject line: "Cancel Guardio subscription - [your email/account id]".
2. Include your Guardio account email, last 4 digits of payment card or PayPal transaction ID and the request: "Please cancel my Guardio subscription and confirm by return email."
3. Save the reply from support as proof of cancellation.

Post - registered letter

1. Send a signed, dated letter to: Guardio, 160 City Road, EC1V 2NX London, United Kingdom. State your account email, subscription ID and request cancellation.
2. Use registered post and keep the signed receipt as proof of delivery.
3. Allow postal transit time and check for confirmation email from Guardio.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

You have an unconditional right to cancel within 14 days of entering into a distance contract for services under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel within 14 days and Guardio has not been authorised to start immediate performance, you are entitled to a full refund. If you expressly agreed to immediate service and consented to begin within the 14-day period, Guardio may deduct the value of services already supplied with your consent.

End of commitment
