Web - cancel from your account

1. Sign in at your account on ilovepdf.com.
2. Open Account or Billing settings and locate Subscriptions.
3. Choose Cancel subscription and follow on-screen confirmation steps.
4. Save any confirmation email or screenshot of the cancellation page.

Contact form - cancel by message

1. Open the contact page: Contact iLovePDF.
2. Submit a clear cancellation request including account email and subscription type.
3. Save the copy of the sent message and monitor for reply within 14 days.

iOS / macOS - App Store subscriptions

1. Open Settings on your Apple device and tap your Apple ID.
2. Tap Subscriptions, find iLovePDF and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. For refunds, use Apple support - iLovePDF does not control App Store refunds.

Android - Google Play

1. Open Google Play Store, tap profile, select Payments and Subscriptions.
2. Tap Subscriptions, find iLovePDF and Cancel.
3. Request refunds per iLovePDF Terms or Google Play process; iLovePDF states refunds for Play subscriptions are governed by its Terms.

Postal registered letter

1. Write a signed letter stating you Cancel your iLovePDF subscription, include account email and subscription details.

Price increase

If iLovePDF raises the subscription price mid-contract the right to cancel depends on the contract terms.
